Okorodudu Inspects Roads, Schools, Other Infrastructural Projects In Ndokwa

The Executive Director of Projects on the Board of DESOPADEC, Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu has commended the ethnic representatives of Ndokwa and Isoko nationality on the Board of DESOPADEC for attracting star projects to their mandate areas.

Dr Okorodudu gave this commendation today when he and his team continued the inspection tour across DESOPADEC mandate areas.

The Executive Director was accompanied by the Member representing Ndokwa ethnic nationality on the Board of DESOPADEC. Dr. Charles Olisa and the Member representing Isoko ethnic nationality Chief Victor Okemena Egbo.

At the Aboh Police Station in Ndokwa, Okorodudu praised DESOPADEC Board and the Member representing Ndokwa ethnic nationality Dr. Charles Olisa for his commitment to community development, calling the project a “star project” that should be replicated across Delta State.

“DESOPADEC is fortunate to have capable and dedicated representatives like Dr. Olisa Charles, who personally supervises projects and ensures transparency,” he stated.

Highlighting the importance of the police station to the community, Okorodudu said, “Without security, there can be no peace, and without peace, there’s no development. The Nigeria Police Force deserves this support.”

He urged DESOPADEC Board to establish at least six similar facilities across the state’s central districts, and the Nigeria Police Force to preserve the facility’s long-term functionality.

Meanwhile in Ndokwa East, the EDP inspected Installation of solar power Street Lights in Dr Charles Olisa street to Ilide and Pilot Road, as well as in Ashaka. Additional project includes the construction of Police Station with Police staff quarters in Aboh and Construction of 10 lock up shops in Ogbe Isemele.

He praised Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his strategic appointments, emphasizing that the governor selects individuals based on merit and competence.

“ However, since our inspection, we have been truly impressed with the quality of supervision provided by our representatives, including the commissioners representing various ethnic nationalities.

“The quality of the construction, including the building and its fencing, is commendable. The straight lines, well-plastered surfaces, and well-maintained environment reflect the exceptional supervision that has been evident throughout the process.

Also Dr Charles Olisa, stated that the project is in line with the MORE agenda of the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to enhance security in the state He reassured the residents of Ndokwa Nation that DESOPADEC is committed to fulfilling its mandate through impactful and significant projects.
